Offering free samples, advice nothing was too much trouble. We even had a few metres left over which they took back and refunded. The small actions ('the one per centers') that really make a difference shone through e.g a small Christmas gift left at our front door before Christmas, visit to our home to inspect tiles after they were laid made all the difference to me. I was in urgent need for a hard to find product for a project during a holiday week when it it is especially difficult to get supplies. Nick from Cinajus delivered...and I mean literally! After responding almost immediately to my enquiry, he answered all my questions, confirmed availability, and then personally delivered the product to me (an hour's drive away). So happy with the service from Cinajus especially from Stuart and his team. Even with COVID and the disruptions our cobblestones turned up on time and the 20 pallets we ordered were stored until we needed them. The site had a very sloping driveway and Stuart came to site to discuss delivery. The delivery driver came to site and the delivery of the pallets were delivered with no problems which was a great relief to us and the builder. I am happy to recommend this professional team, their products and service are first class.
