We don't send these to a list. They go to people whose work we pay attention to, one at a time, and you're one of them. That's the entire qualification. There isn't a form you could have filled in.
Which is also why we're asking. We know good work when it comes across our desk. You know the people behind it. So we'd rather you chose than we did.
